  3. I don’t like this fast forwarding type video with no explanations, it may be the latest fad but it is lazy IMHO. I never saw Norm Abram make something without explaining it.

  5. @Will Ford, Im sorry you feel it is lazy that I take the time and create content free of charge. “JWS MAKES” is a series of short videos that just show me working, obviously not your style, but all my other videos are explanatory videos where I explain what I’m doing and why and offer alternative ways of doing things. Please remember unlike our good friend Norm I don’t get funding from a network, nor do I get payed to do this, but thanks for your opinion anyway

  6. Great video. Short and to the point. No need to explain. We can see what you are doing. And if in doubt, politely ask in a comment. If someone thinks that anything should be explained. Then make a video yourself and give us your take on it.. I will gladly give that kind of response a thumbs up.

  12. Jord, I will get in line with all those asking about the butter. Finishing food-contact-products is something I am still a bit squeemish towards, but something that contains bees was cannot be so bad, right? Specially since I already have the bees. Thanks for sharing!

  15. I like it! I do have a question for you though, does that style of board tend to cup with changes in weather/seasons? is there a way to deal with it to minimize the effects of the board movement?

  18. I was going to ask about cracking and stuff as well, here in Alberta we tend to be a very dry climate especially over the winter months, does that finish keep that from happening? I really love the look of that.
